position imo. Obviously relegation is a failure, and so too was not getting into at least the play-offs with the squad last season.

And this season, the squad has more than enough quality to be comfortably top half and challenging for the play-offs. 14th is underacheiving.

Moreover, the trend is that we are getting worse each year. If now is not the time to be looking closely at how the club is run and how we are going to reverse this decline, then I'm not sure when is.
