‘B’ preference shares
Cashable in on promotion to the premier league. Until it was asked that shareholders consider not cashing in - 2004-2005 season. And since then I don’t know if anyone took up that option.
Forgive me then for being a bit sceptical about money back on promotion. I suspect you’re more likely to get a nice letter asking you to consider keeping your money in the club.
In the interests of balance I think crowdfunding schemes are fine and good fun to be a part of, although I would still associate with early stage firms that can’t raise cash in other ways. I’m too lazy to do any DD but who else is gianluca working with?
