But wew, he looks horribly out of his depth right now. Obviously he needs to be given some time to adjust and develop though.

Hanley is a colossus. When was the last time Norwich had such a strong group of centre backs? I'm thinking maybe Mackay, Fleming, Jackson and Kenton (who played very well there sometimes).
