I think having 5 at the back automatically limits the numbers up front

Unless the full backs play as proper wing backs, but at the moment they’re more defensive.

I think given where we were last season up until millwall away this season, sorting the defence out was the priority and gives us something to build on.

Personally, I’m not convinced we will be able to increase the goals scored column dramatically while sticking with this formation.
