The math of parlays/accys
If you harbour actually winning long term you are far better off mathematically picking the individual games and shopping around various bookies getting the best price on each game.
Many years ago it was possible on some games to bet the home/away/draw and make a 100% guaranteed profit based on the different prices offered at different bookies.
It may still be possible but it mostly gets swept up pretty quickly.
