Home made jam is absolute class intit. Not had
straight white currant. Jools made some White Currant and Strawberry which wss well nice. She did Cherry Vodka this year too. We have a Morrello Cherry tree but it doesn't crop heavily enough to make a lot from the fruit, so the vodka us an excellent way to use it
