I'm on the phone to NCFC ticket office and get from 4th to 1st in the queue
After about 10mins at 8p a minute. Then get a message saying can't take any more calls because the queue is too big and cuts me off. I call straight back and I'm 6th in the queue.
WTF is that all about.
