Always been a dilemma that one

I clearly remember when these new EU-rules came into power, wondering how it would be to be able to field a
whole nation's national team (in theory) if you were a club like Man U, Leeds or Chelsea.

It seems silly to me (as a foreigner myself- native Norwegian) a team like Arsenal fielding a team with no English players. What have become of the ballgame, when teams all over Europe are allowed to field that many foreigners.

I know, of course, the full reason, given that we are all part of the EU, blah, bluh, bleh...

Now, how many foreigners are there in Norwich nowadays?

D.Ward- Wales
Safri- Marocco..
Doherty- Ireland (errr..)
Johansson - Finland (although his last name is unmistakably Swedish)
Robinson- Wales
Earnie- Wales.
