Thanks. They'd none when I phoned at 9am but some great person had obviously returned their ticket since then and I am all sorted.
Bu the way, from your username in thinking that we might live very close, as that's my postcode too. I'm from the fine city but settled here and, madly, have a season ticket so do a lot of travelling...
