Obviously he should have scored the penalty, not sure the other was so clear cut though

more generally though, I think he's doing pretty well given his role in the system. He does hold the ball up well and links the play nicely at times, despite often being isolated.

Our whole game plan - especially away from home - seems to be binary football. To get a goal and hold on to the lead. It's always going to be very hard work for a striker in that situation - just like how Holt, Elmander, Hooper etc.. struggled to score many under Hughton with a similar tactical approach.

Oliveira's role should ultimately be judged as part of the team imo. If we're getting good results then he is playing his part in that, whether or not he is scoring.
