Photography / law q
A mate of mine was snapped at the tour running along side the riders. Public place / well known event. The photographer has used the image extensively on their twitter, Instagram and front cover of a book. Friend never gave consent for the photo and has asked photographer to stop using it without their permission. Where does my mate stand?
