if Walker "inherited Stringer's team", how come Stringer nearly got it relegated the previous season playing wretched football, while Walker got it to finish 3rd in the Prem and went on to beat Bayern? And why not say Stringer inherited Brown's team. The best football City have ever played in my 35 years of following City came under Mike Walker in the first half of the 93/4 season. You should get into the City Hall of fame based on what he did here so what he did at Everton is irrelevant. And 2nd time around he had ridiculous bad luck with injuries. And don't think he is a great manager overall but the job he did in his first brief spell here WAS magical.
