Mixture of both

Seen him play a couple of times for our U23's and also for Scotland youth on the net and he's looked technically decent and lively. Also always talked about in very glowing terms by people involved in the academy.

Maybe he's regressed or the new academy coaches don't rate him as highly but I was always under the impression he was one of the ones coming through that we had very high hopes for.
