And how you gonna easily replace someone of that quality. Man U have struggled to replace Keane. It isn't easy. However look how many quality players he has unearthed for low fees (eg Anelka, Henry). He is the best manager in the Prem in my view basically cos Arse have achieved a lot of success but without the money that Man U or Chelski have.
