Hammers are abiut to sign a Portuguese international who looks like he plays exactly the role that Maddison does. Maddison has always said he wants - needs - to be playing games. With us he’s the main man and if he keeps improving, could have a chance at a much bigger outfit.
If spurs or Liverpool come in, he’ll go, probably. He won’t go to West Ham.
