Depends on the relationship between Webber and Farke

You would hope that there are meetings to discuss positions that need a hand and the attributes the player(s) coming in needs so that new players fit relatively quickly into the system. But as is often seen in some of the more dictatorial clubs the head coach has to work with the players he has or is given!
