What Does He Mean By This?

WHAT is this "situation" that only the 'true' supporters know about (apparantly I'm not a "true" supporter then-oh well, what they going to do about it? No doubt that, if we don't go up next season and another "share issue" is launched to save us from going tits up, even us supporters who aren't "true" will be sent the usual letters and forms asking for our help as, all of a sudden, we'll ALL be the "best fans in the world" again!) and why haven't they told the rest of us?
