...not sure if we have a server as such here...all the comps in this office are on home edition Wanado (yes, we're that tight) and we have a rooter (sp again?) plugged directly into a BT line - that does't sound the same as what you've put would you say?..
However, we do all share one control system and with a bit of farting around, we can all access Word docs etc if centrally saved but it's a right old pain...to be honest it's easier to email them and then the individual user can save them to thier comp...
