He has an encouraging attitude

Basically said in a recent interview he chose to come to us over Liverpool/spurs and he’s now in the team and playing regularly so it’s worked out well. Seems grounded and knows he will move to bigger things so I suspect he will be happy to wait til the summer and have a go at top 6 with us.
