Barcelona, Man City, Real Madrid and PSG are probably the 44 clubs that any player in world football would force a move to, even if they are already at a very big club. They prospect of honours and the money those clubs can offer is something no player or most selling clubs could ever turn down. Its a slightly special circumstance. I don't really feel an £11m move to Hudds is quite in the same bracket.
