concept is about not having to do a lot of running when you have the ball because positional adjustments should be so automatic and technique so instinctive that you should have two teammates within 10 metres of you at all times.
Some people think he was a tactical genius. I think he just realised smoking 40 fags a day left him wheezing a bit ;)
