no. Everything you have mentioned would still be there in the Premier League
The need to spend every penny on the playing squad in order not to fall behind, pressure and discontent from the fans if all we were doing was bobbing around mid-table-ish, the lack of finances to not be able to move on to the next level and challenge for the Europa League/Tin Pot or FA cup, all the best players still being poached, but by bigger clubs than those that are interested now.
