I'm not completely sure that is the case

I see it more that they are worried about selling up to the wrong kind of owner and Norwich becoming another Portsmouth / Coventry / Birmingham / Charlton / Ipswich etc. I mean how can they actually tell if the next owner would be responsible and competent? And the difference is, that it would be THEIR responisibility for the choice and what subsequently happened.

And not being contrary but I actually like the fact that they try and show some loyalty to managers, especially when sacking often doesn't make a difference and when our managers have been hindered by various factors beyond their control. They do have a lack of football nous on the board but the new structure is supposed to address that. I Time will tell.
