It is good news....but

....he is a German player here because we have a German Manager and a number of other German players. No-one had heard of him when he joined us although it is now apparent from wikipedia and German forums that at one time he was a highly thought of prospect (suspect he pressed the self destruct button)

I would have thought that one of the reasons for him being prepared to consider staying at Carrow Rd is the expectation that DF is staying as well. Hopefully on todays performance DF will realise that we need to combine the possession game with more actual attacks as do have the quality players

We may be on the way back (given today's result for Burton the 0-0 at the w/e may not have been a bad result after all), but the transfer window may cause more issues than it solves.
