We are so weak across the whole team
This is a very physical league and we have hardly won a 50/50 the whole game (been the same pattern for the whole season).
We desperately need a Grant Holt type character. Not only was he a very strong player who rarely lost a 50/50 challenge, but he was always the guy encouraging the rest of the team when things got tough.
Trouble is, there are not many 'Grant Holt type players' out there....
