I think he’s a quality but struggling in a league where technical quality isn’t the major factor and with players who aren’t all as adept as he’d wish for.

Season and a half, then judge. Look Huddersfield first season...

As I said below, perhaps Culverhouse as an assistant would be useful.

If we change, the whole barroom goes, and does half the squad, and we start from square one again.
