Good win and something to build on
No coincidence we look far more solid when reverting to the combinations that were in place during our winning run. I don’t want to see a starting line up without Tettey and Trybull in it except for when one or other of them needs a rest and Reed comes in as cover.
Lewis looks like a natural left back and I think could really grow into that role. Hopefully Murphy will get his confidence back now.
If we can add a striker to the squad in January I still feel we have the quality in our ranks to go on a good run and still threaten the top 6. Admittedly today we were not playing a good side but it’s ridiculous that this group of players are where they are in the table.
