We had this exact same issue in 04/05

the safety advisory body threatening to close parts of the stadium.

I remember it was decided Norwich should take a photo of the Barclay D and E blocks to prove they were sitting.

So for a few games in a row, once per game, there was a chant of "sit down for the photograph" as the bloke came out with the camera.

Stood the rest of the time without exception.
