That said he wasn't given long enough to be described as a failure,and this hard on people have for Balls is weird and seems to be based on people's political view point.He was appointed to the board because he had relatively big public profile, he's a Norwich fan and did his best,I'm getting pissed off with people criticising Norwich fans.
