If the club was to significantly change its recruitment policy (and make such a change
public) so that for every gap in the squad the first thought would be to promote from within the academy rather than to go in to the transfer or loan market, even if it meant that we did not have the same quality and were not immediately as competitive would you support such a move?
What if this was to then become part of the club's identity, such as Bilbao have with Basque players?
