Change the structure of the club completely. Appoint someone with more than whiff of 'one trick pony' to the most important position. Employ a complete novice with no experience of first team football (or English football for that matter) to the second most important position. Sign 12 (twelve) entirely average players. Commit to a three year plan on that basis. Crack on....
