sure, they definitely have an advantage

but teams punch above their (financial) weight all the time in football. We have done it in recent seasons, and usually at least one relatively poor team gets promoted.

It's not inevitable that it gets worse just because we dont have mega-rich owners. I think it just means that our signings and managerial appointments have to be spot on and give us the edge.
