You are cherry picking a subset of losers
When a manager gets sacked in November it's clear they have performed poorly/underperformed over a small subset of games.
It would be unlikely that any team would continue to underperform over a larger sample.
We should look at a subset of managers who were not sacked but had a poor start and see if their results improved also.
The point is it may not be the change in manager.
Sometimes we can get fooled by randomness.
