Exaclty. He joined when we were in League 1, a chance to get some
real momentum & confidence instilled. He had Grant Holt and a young Wes already in place - how do you replicate all that? That's not to say he wasn't brilliant for us, he clearly was - but the stars were all aligned for manager & Club alike.
