I think it would be a real struggle for any coach with our current setup.

A Board who won’t risk getting into debt ✅

A Board who really aren’t rich by today’s standards and won’t invest their own cash ✅

A completety unbalanced squad both in terms of position and wage levels ✅

A structure that will put off most “proper” managers ✅
