Yet another frustrating day from these idiots! Need some help and support from the rest of you who use the service (?). I have mailed them and said that at the very least they should allow subscribers to the exorbitant video feed to be able to log in twice - once for the video feed, and then on a second device for commentary when it is not supplied. Anyone arsed enough to send them the same request? They shouldn't be allowed to get away with what they charge for what they provide.
