I'm resigned to the fact that ....

I'm resigned to the fact that we will be stuck with Worthington for many a year yet. He is a very very lucky manager in that everytime it come the point where one more loss would finish he always gets an easy fixture. Look how many times it has already happened this season He was under real pressure before the game against Cardiff and they completely failed to turn up on the night and handed a very poor Norwich a 1-0 win. Then he was under real pressure at the beginning of December and the fixture list was kind to him again in giving him a fixture against hapless Crewe.
Then when it looked like things were turning nasty at Hull after another woeful performance Stuart Elliot put the ball in his own net to save Worthy again. Then he was saved by the fixture list again with a home banker of a fixture against Brighton and yet we still struggled to beat then when they had 10 men!

He is a lucky bastard and I'm afraid I have never felt so depressed about our football club. We are stuck with an inept manager who insists on signing and playing muppets like Andy Hughes and Peter Thorne.

I'm seriously considedring not going on saturday and not renewing my season ticket for next season.
