otherwise he wouldn't be bothering with the number of apprentices he does, and he wouldn't be expanding their UK footprint.
He just doesn't care as much about British manual workers as he does about his cost base and profit margins.
which, tbf, is perhaps a consequence of Brits caring less about British manual workers than we do about paying lower prices...
