Just getting over yesterday,
and now I have calmed down, it seems to me that we have regressed to where we were before the last international break.
Most possession, toothless up front, and two centre backs who didn't win a header all match and couldn't defend crosses.
Jerome was just SO bad. Scuffed a chance in the first half and looked disinterested from then on. Perhaps someone said something to him that he didn't like?
Maddison was invisible for certainly the first half.
Wes seemed to be the only player with any creativity, best City player by far. Reed worked very hard.
Ameobi showed Wildschutt how to run at people, run round them not straight in to them.
Murphy's double miss was embarrassing and could have put us back in the game.
We never looked like scoring.
Let's hope the international break has the same effect as the last one as we are in relegation form, in the bottom half of the table.
