No, it's not an old squad at all

but there are a load of players around the age of 25, who probably have limited potential for development. Utimately the only two youngsters we are playing (who we actually own) are Maddison and Murphy. Pretty much everyone else is above the age where they are likely to improve significantly.

I just don't see how players liks Stiepermann, Vrancic, Husband, Trybull, Watkins, Hanley, Zimmerman and Franke fit in with a model of signing young players and looking to develop them.
