Help please Oh Font of Wrath Knowledge

I am looking for a dash cam to install in my car as some scrotum keeps keying it. I have now had passenger and drivers side doors keyed. Cost me 500 quid in repairs thru insurance company.

Cannot always park car out front of house and would need permanent power supply, preferably 360 degrees scope.

Any ideas would be appreciated as spent all day surfing tinternet and looking at all kinds...
