Find one thing to question from the last two games I would say it's the timing of the subs. I do feel he sometimes leaves players on when it's clear they are shot to peices (I guess he prefers to make subs for tactical reasons rather than because players are tired) and I agree tonight it did deprive us of an outlet although we did still create chances after that.

It's being hypercritical but I've felt he could have changed things a bit earlier in both games.
