And you'll be VERY suprised how close we are to this limit.

Did you know that London has been placed under a zone of high alert now for three years straight which allows police to arrest for no reason than a "suspicion"? It's true - but not very commented on in the media.

More publically known is the fact that you can now be held for 28 days without trial. Do you know how many countries also allow detention for such a time without trial?

One. USA in Camp X-Ray (which itself has been ruled as unconstitutional and is being disbanded slowly).

This Government is severely limiting individual rights at the most fundamental levels (ie the right against arbitary arrest and for a trial) to the right to privacy (ID cards) to the right to individual choice (ie not smoking, even though I agree with that).

Give me a Conservative Govt over this near-despotic Govt any day.
