also it forgets all those other examples...

like the Baggies, who got rid of Megson last year (despite the fact that he'd won two promotions) and stayed up. Or Palace the year before, who got rid of Kember (?) and not only stayed up but went on to get promotion. You can't pick on any one or two examples and say it shows Worthy should either stay OR go. You have to judge the particular situation as you see it. The problem with Worthy isn't just the results/performances this/last season - it is that the underlying philosophy behind them has been evident for a while (even when we were successful). It is an accident that has been waiting to happen, and has teh potential to get a lot worse.
