yes you do need membership to buy online
or at least a customer number
And that was possibly some of the problem , as everybody registered themselves and a dozen kids just to get tickets for one game ,
what should have taken people (who had a customer number ) only a couple of mins to complete their purchase , they got held up by people accessing the service for the first time
