Martin Allen and Brentford
I was at the Brentford / Southend and whilst it frightens me to see us playing these teams next season in terms of the lack of support Brentford looked very decent indeed.
Martin Allen kicks every ball and the balance of the team was just right. All the players know what is required and they are 100% motivated. They do the simple things well, unlike us.
