the reason is simple

While protesting during the game is not something I condone, for someone to change their stance over one game would be fickle in the extreme.
Last nights 3 points were very very welcome, if only for the reason that we are now probably safe from really having to look over our shoulders between now and the end of the season.
That said it was our 1st win in 2006, and it?s the middle of Feb FFS, we beat the team 3rd from bottom, who played with 10 men for a long period, and only made the game 'safe' in the final few minutes.
If it was a performance and result that gives you confidence in the manager then fair play to you. I feel it was a win we could reasonably have expected to get, and while there are no easy games in this league, and it's easy to slip up on occasion, we shouldn't have to be relying on winning these types of games to stop a very deep and worrying rot.
