You know when you get home from the office, feeling you've had a really s**t day.

You've some mistakes, but what's made it worse is that your colleagues and employees are just not doing what they're paid to do, no matter what you try to encourage them.

let's face it, you're going to kick the cat, you won't want to help the kids with their homework, and if the missus wants a bit of HYF she can f**k right off.

Now imagine that scenario week in week out since August, not nice for all parties.
