Right leg felt tight the whole way
Thought I was dealing with tight quad and groin. Got a leg massage at 50k rest stop and set out feeling remarkably refreshed and positive. Hit a slippery patch at about 53/54k where leg went sideways and that was it. Ligament refused to let me run.
By 58/59k it was hurting to walk, front of knee and rest of leg was starting to have shooting pains, so limped to 63k rest stop and rang the bell.
Leg doesn't feel as bad today, had the knee in a support most of the day and resting. Hoping to be back at parkrun in a couple of weeks time. Going to go easy in it though and just see what happens. X

- The fact you gave it a go is enough. I've got loads of injuries (General Chat) - pants, Sep 10, 22:40:43
- Cheers pants, it's manageable it seems. I think I stopped before it proper bollocked up. (n/m) (General Chat) - Bungle, Sep 10, 22:50:45
- That's good. Bone breaks are one thing but you don't want aching (General Chat) - pants, Sep 10, 22:57:38
