That the 'true cost' of earning this wealth is the cost of moving to and living in the USA.

I couldnt think of anything worse!!! I hate the place - can never wait to get back! I mean, much of the USA is quite nice, but in my experience to make money you tend to need to go where people are - and thats where i find it difficult to think to earn a decent salary you need to be around morons.
